Our main line of work is manufacturing our own products to service and supply the food industry.
We are also general engineers capable of small to medium CNC machining, lathe work, welding and fabrication.
Flocut Engineering manufactures a broad range of machinery wear components such as Weiler, WolfKing, Symo, Palmia, U200, Butcher Boy, Karl Schnell, Belmore. We have the ability to also source various components from overseas. If required, we can also manufacture from sketches and samples, and we can deliver with fast turnaround times.
As with all machinery, parts wear out and breakdown. At Flocut Engineering, we can overhaul your Gear Boxes, Drive Units, Shafts, Splines, Gears, Agers, Feed Screws, Worn Housingsand Barrels. We employ various welding, grinding and machining techniques capable of full overhaul from simple components to complete machines.
